Troubleshooting
I don’t see the Club Administration section
- This section only appears for club officers
- Check with your club President to confirm your officer role
- Your subscription must be active to see most officer features
My assignments aren’t showing
- Make sure you’re logged into the correct club (check the club name in the header)
- If you’re in multiple clubs, use the club selector to switch
- Contact an officer if you think you should have assignments but don’t see any
The dashboard looks different than described
- Make sure you’re logged in (not viewing as a guest)
- Clear your browser cache and refresh
- Try a different browser to rule out browser-specific issues
I see an error message
- Note the exact error text
- Try logging out and back in
- Contact support if the error persists
Mobile Dashboard
The dashboard is optimized for mobile devices:
- Sections stack vertically on smaller screens
- Buttons are touch-friendly
- Text is readable without zooming
- All features work on mobile browsers
You don’t need a separate mobile app – just visit The Club Schedule in your phone’s browser.
